摘要
随着CAN总线在汽车领域的广泛应用,对其可靠性,容错性的要求日益迫切,而一般的CAN总线测试均是在传统方法上的正向测试,无法覆盖到更多异常状态下的测试环境,为了尽可能的验证CAN总线的可靠性,容错性及其故障状态。在某款混合动力汽车的整车控制器硬件在环的基础上,将故障注入思想引入到CAN总线测试中,运用dSPACE的故障注入模块对CAN总线的短路,断路,短接等故障进行仿真研究,从而验证整车控制器产生和解析的CAN报文的正确性以及其受到干扰后的稳定性与容错性。
With the comprehensive application of CAN bus in automotive fields, it is much more critical in the requirements of testability and reliability nowadays. In general, the test of CAN Bus is based on traditional methods, which tests the response of output according to the input. So it is impossible to cover many kinds of the test environments of abnormal situations. In order to extend test coverage. It puts the fault insertion theory into the CAN bus test based on the Hardware in the loop of a kind of hybrid electric vehicle. Simulation of failure, such as open circuit, shorten to VBAT and GND, are inserted to CAN bus through the dSPACE FlU module so as to verify the stability and fault tolerance of hybrid control unit and the its correctness of CAN message.
