2010-2012年重庆市九龙坡区医疗机构消毒效果监测

Efficacy of Disinfection in Medical Institutions in Jiulongpo District of Chongqing,2010-2012

目的了解2010-2012年重庆市九龙坡区医疗机构感染及消毒质量情况,为科学指导医疗机构消毒工作,防止医源性感染,提高医疗质量提供科学依据。方法按照中华人民共和国国家标准《医院消毒卫生标准》、卫生部《消毒技术规范》、《一次性使用医疗用品卫生标准》、《血液透析和相关治疗用水》,对室内空气、医护人员手、物体表面、使用中消毒液及无菌器械浸泡液、消毒器械、消毒无菌包、一次性无菌注射器、医用棉签等消毒效果进行采样监测。结果 2010-2012年监测各类医疗机构共123家,监测样品1 793份,合格1 694份,总合格率为94.48%;3年消毒监测合格率分别为93.35%、96.22%和93.78%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=5.49,P>0.05)。区级医院、乡镇和社区医院及个体诊所、民营医院、厂矿医院合格率分别为94.74%、93.31%、94.44%和97.17%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.77,P>0.05)。消毒无菌包、注射器、物表、使用中消毒液及无菌器械浸泡液、消毒器械、医务人员手、棉签、室内空气合格率分别为100%、100%、98.48%、97.59%、95.24%、91.44%、84.48%和83.33%,且差异具有统计学意义(χ2=81.19,P<0.01)。结论重庆市九龙坡区各医疗机构消毒质量较高,但各级不平衡,仍需加强消毒监督与管理,进一步提高消毒质量,减少医源性感染的发生。

Objective To understand the disinfection status in medical institutions in Jiulongpo district of Chongqing and to provide references for improving future disinfection work. Methods The samples were collected from indoor air, hands of the medical workers, body surface, disinfectant in use, aseptic package, disposable syringe and sterile swab in medical institutions in Jiulongpo district, Chongqing. Results Totally 1 793 samples from 123 medical institutions were inspected in 2010 -2012, and 1 694 samples＂ were qualified with an eligible rate of 94.48%. The qualification rates of disinfection in 2010, 2011, and 2012 were 93.35% , 96. 22% and 93.78%, respectively, with no significant differences （X2 =5.49, P 〉0.05）. The qualifica- tion rates in district hospitals, community healthy service centers/health clinics in towns, private hospitals and factory hospitals were 94. 74%, （Х^2=4.77, P〉0.05）. The 93.31%, 94.44% and 97. 17% respectively, with no significant differences qualification rates of the sterile package, syringe, surface, the use of disinfeetant and the sterile instruments soaking , disinfecting apparatus, medical personnel hand, cotton swab and indoor air were respectively 100%, 100%, 98.48%, 97.59%, 95.24%, 91.44%, 84. 48% and 83.33%, respectively, with statistical differences （ Х^2 = 81.19, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The disinfections in medical institutions of Jiulongpo district are of high quality, which should be maintained and improved through further strengthened surveillance and administration.
