四川省汶川县疾病预防控制中心人力资源现状分析与对策 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过对四川省汶川县疾控中心人力资源状况盘点与分析,为其他民族地区县级疾控中心建设与发展提供参考与借鉴。方法采取问卷调查、深入访谈、座谈会等方式采集信息,并使用EPIDATA系统进行数据录入与分析。结果汶川县疾控中心现有职工33人,其中卫生技术人员31人(93.94%),工勤人员2人(6.06%)。年龄构成中间大,两头小,呈“橄榄”状,工作年限在10—29年期间最多,大专以上学历占总人数88.88%,其中大学本科为39.40%,中初级职称占总人数91.91%,初级职称占总人数57.58%,公共卫生和卫生检验类仅占总人数45.45%。结论汶川县疾控中心专业结构不合理,不能满足当前疾病预防控制工作需要,亟需提高人员专业素质,优化人员结构,稳定疾控人才队伍。 Objective To analyze the human resources in Wenchuan CDC and to provide reference for other county- level race regions. Methods Questionnaire survey, in -depth review and conversaziones were conducted to collected data, which was analyzed by EpiData and Microsoft Excel. Results There are 33 staffs in Wen- chuan CDC, in them 31 (93.93%) were technicist, 2 (6.06%) were logistics workers. The age composition was with big percentage in middle and small percentage in both ends. Most staffs worked for 10 to 29 years. A percentage of 88.88% staffs had college degree or above, 39.40% had bachelor degree. There were 91.91% of them had primary or medium - grade professional title, 57.58% had primary tide. Only 45.45% of them were occupied in public health or heath inspection. Conclusion The specialty structure in Wenchuan CDC is unreasonable. Thus, it is urgent to enhance the professional competence, optimize the structure of human resource and stabilize the talent team.
