2012年长宁县居民健康素养状况调查

摘要 目的探究长宁县居民现阶段健康素养水平,为评价健康教育,制定卫生政策和干预措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样法,在长宁县抽取2个社区、6个单位、2所小学、1所初中、1所高中为研究对象,共调查了2 075名长宁县居民的健康素养。结果长宁县居民具备健康素养的比例为40.1%,但健康素养3个维度差异较大,具有健康技能维度素养的人群比例为22.3%,低于健康知识(38.2%)和健康行为(48.7%);不同人群具备健康素养比例也不一样,其中社区居民(32.6%)具备健康素养的比例低于学校学生(39.6%)和单位职工(61.0%)。结论长宁县居民健康素养水平较高,并且在不同职业、学历人群中存在差异,长宁县居民具备健康技能素养的比例在健康素养的3维度中最低。有关部门应针对不同人群,制定科学有效的健康教育干预策略,有针对性地开展健康素养知识教育。 Objective To investigate the health literacy among residents in Changning county, and to provide evidences for evaluating health education, formulating health policies and intervention strategies. Methods Based on multi - stage cluster random sampling, 2 075 residents dwelling in surveillance spots were surveyed with questionnaires. Results Those with health literacy accounted for 40. in all responders of Changning county, showing a disparity among three dimensions of health literacy, specifically: health skills, 22.3%; health knowledge, 38.2% and health behavior, 48.7%. The portion of those with health literacy in community residents, department employers and students were respectively 32. 6%, 61.0 % and 39.6%. Conclusion The level of health literacy in residents of Changning county is relatively high, yet shows fluctuations among different populations and dimensions scores of the questionnaire. Thus pertinent intervention strategies should be formulated according the characteristics of the populations.
