摘要
综合运用滤元离线清洗技术(OFECT)、“五要素”铺膜工艺、“八步法”爆膜工艺、“火电厂凝结水精处理混床运行性能诊断及优化专家系统”软件等多项专利或专有技术,对某电厂的凝结水精处理系统进行了运行优化,同时应用了的XTW-C型粉末树脂新产品。优化后,水汽品质明显改善,精处理出水Fe的质量浓度由18~25μg/L降至3μg/L,Cl^-的质量浓度由8~10μg/L降至1μg/L以下,主蒸汽Fe的质量浓度由10~15μg/L降至4μg/L,凝结水Fe的质量浓度由25~30μg/L降至10μg/L,保证了机组的安全运行。
The optimization on operation of condensate polishing system in one power plant was performed by a number of patents or proprietary technologies, such as the OFECT, five-factor precoating techniques, eight-step backwash techniques, software of"Operational Performance Diagnosis and Optimization System for Condensate Polishing Mixed Bed in Thermal Power Plant" etc. Meanwhile, developed XTW-C powdered resin was used. After optimizing, the quality of water-steam cycle was improved obviously. The mass concentration of Fe in effluent of condensate polishing fell to 3 μg/L from 18-25 μg/L and the mass concentration of Cl^- was less than 1μg/L from 8 - 10 μg/L, the mass concentration of Fe fell to 4 μg/L from 10 - 15 μg/L in main steam and to 10 μg/L from 25-30 μg/L in condensate. The results assure the unit safe in operation.
