近年来 ,机制相对弱化在很大程度上影响了乡镇企业的快速发展。面对国有企业的深化改革和我国即将加入WTO ,所有企业都要参与国际市场竞争的新形势 ,乡镇企业要长期生存和持续发展 ,必须进行机制创新 ,再造乡镇企业的机制优势 ,以提高其竞争能力。

In recent years, a weakening in the mechanism has been hindering a rapid development of township enterprises. With the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises and China's imminent access to the WTO, all the enterprises will be confronted with international competition. Township enterprises must undertake mechanism innovation, re-create their mechanism advantages and improve their competitive capability.
