在开放经济条件下 ,一国产业结构的优化离不开国际因素 ,而对外贸易则是国际因素影响国内产业结构优化的“通道”。对外贸易对中国产业结构优化的影响表现在四个方面 :对外贸易可以解决因结构调整而带来的“产品问题”这一后顾之忧 ;优化产业结构离不开技术进步 ,而对外贸易则可以促进技术进步 ;对外贸易有助于优化产业结构所需的制度创新 ;对外贸易可以为产业结构优化提供信息和方向。

Under the circumstance of an open economy, the optimization of a country's industrial structure is inseparable from international factors, while foreign trade is the “way' international factors exert impact on the optimization of domestic industrial structure. In China, this kind of impact is embodied in the following four aspects: foreign trade can solve the “problems of products' produced by structural adjustment; foreign trade can push technological advancement while the latter is indispensable to the optimization of industrial structure; foreign trade can help push mechanism innovation which is necessary in optimizing industrial structure; foreign trade can provide the optimization of industrial structure with information and orientation.
