河南省信息产业的发展思路

A Development Strategy of the Information Industry in Henan Province

河南省近期应重点发展信息服务业 ;长期则以软件业为重点。信息设备制造业近期以发展计算机外部设备为主。建议放弃“把郑州建成我国中西部信息中心”的目标。在郑州等城市建设若干全国性专业信息中心。增大城市吸引力 ,近期以郑州、洛阳为主 ;远期应在河南南部规划开发一个适于信息产业 ,特别是软件业发育的轻型文化城市。

The short-term focus in Henan province should be information industry, while the long term one should be software industry. It is suggested that the goal of “building Zhengzhou into the information center of central and eastern China' be abandoned and that some nationwide specialized information centers be set up in some cities like Zhengzhou. It is advisable to blueprint a culture based city in the southern part to suit the development of the information industry.
