急性缺血性卒中血管内再通新策略 被引量:2

摘要 静脉给予组织型纤溶酶原激活物(tPA)治疗急性缺血性卒中(AIS)迈出了脑梗再灌注的第一步。由于个体卒中类型差异.只有30%的大脑中动脉阻塞患者在接受tPA治疗后获得良好恢复。在短暂的治疗窗内,采用tPA治疗经常不能有效溶解大的血栓。静脉给予tPA治疗的局限性推动了动脉治疗方法的发展。本文就AIS的血管内再通策略进行综述。
