温胆汤联合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症抑郁症状的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of Wendan Tang Combined with Ziprasidone in Treating Schizophrenia with Depressive Symptoms

目的观察温胆汤联合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症抑郁症状的临床疗效。方法选取2011年12月—2013年12月期间我院收治的87例精神分裂症抑郁症状患者按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=44)与观察组(n=43),对照组给予齐拉西酮常规治疗,观察组给予温胆汤联合齐拉西酮综合治疗,疗程为6周。采用卡尔加里精神分裂症抑郁量表(CDSS)及阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分评定临床疗效,统计并比较两组患者临床疗效的差异。结果治疗6周后,观察组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.27,P<0.05);治疗4周后,CDSS及PANSS评分均降低趋势明显,且观察组降低更为显著,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且时间因素对CDSS及PANSS评分的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温胆汤联合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症抑郁症状,较单纯齐拉西酮治疗效果更为显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of wendan tang combined with ziprasidone in treating schizophrenia with depres -sive symptoms.Methods 87 cases schizophrenia patients with depressive symptoms in our hospital were selected and divided into con -trol group（n=44）and observation group（n=43）from December 2011 to December 2013.The control group was given ziprasidone ,while the observation group was given wendan tang combined with ziprasidone for 6 weeks.Clinical efficacy was assessed by CDSS and PANSS . Results At the 6th weekend of the treatment ,compared with control group ,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly better（χ2 =4.27,P〈0.05）,From the 4th to 6th weekend of the treatment,CDSS and PANSS of two groups decreased significantly;com-pared with control group,CDSS and PANSS of observation group was significantly lower （P〈0.05）,and the difference of time factors on CDSS and PANSS score was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical effect of wendan tang combined with ziprasidone in treating schizophrenia with depressive symptoms is very remarkable ,worth popularizing in clinical application .
