在当代社会,频频爆发的灾疫成为其世界性难题,求解这一世界性难题的根本之道,需要灾疫政治伦理学的导向。灾疫政治伦理学的根本任务,就是导向当代灾疫防治必须以创建低碳社会、提高环境软实力、建设生境文明为实质目标。为此,灾疫政治伦理学必须引导当代灾疫伦理防治遵循全球生境原则、共生互生原则、普遍利益原则,构建生境主义价值体系,探索可持续生存式发展道路,重建以限度生产和简朴生活为基本诉求的生境主义存在方式。

In contemporary society, the frequent outbreaks of the calamities ＆ pestilences have become aworldwide problem. In solving this worldwide problem foundamentally, the guide of the political ethics of calamities＆ pestilences is necessary. In controling calamities ＆ pestilences, we must create a low -carbon society, improvethe environment soft power, and establish the habitat civilization, which should be regarded as the essence of sub-stantial objectives, and it is the fundamental task of plagues political ethics. Thus the contemporary calamities ＆pestilences control must follow the global Habitat principle, the Mutualism principle, and the principle of generalinterest, build habitat value system, to explore the road of sustainable development to survive and rebuild the doe-trine of habitat existence taking the production limitation and simple life as the basic demands.
