肿瘤的时辰治疗 被引量：6

摘要 在实验动物中,30多种抗癌药物的细胞毒作用24小时中随给药时间不同而变化超过50%.其中的机制涉及细胞代谢,增殖过程以及药物的药动学的时间节律变化而且,在实验肿瘤模型中在最小毒性时间进行化疗通常可以达到最大的抗瘤效果.
