鲁奇炉气化甲醇弛放气生产煤制天然气产品,要控制好其中H2、CO、CO2等组分,以保证天然气产品中CH4含量达到标准。在实际生产过程中,在工况不稳定的情况下,经常出现CO2含量超标现象,导致天然气产品热值下降,因此针对这个问题对各种情况做出具体分析并提出了相应解决措施。

In manufacturing natural gas from purge gas of methanol production using Lurgi coal gasifier, it was necessary to control the content of H2, CO and CO2 in the product to ensure CH4 content meet the standard. In actual production, excess CO2 content took place frequently, which resulted in lower calorific value of the product. The causes for the problem were analyzed and the corresponding solution measurements were put forward.
