摘要
科学技术是第一生产力 ,对渔业的可持续发展起着关键作用。本文从技术进步的角度 ,通过对科技进步对渔业的作用机理、技术进步道路的选择以及科技成果转化等问题的论述 ,来探讨如何实现渔业可持续发展问题。
Science and technology, as the main forces, play a key role on fisheries sustainable development. In point of technological progress, this paper discusses the possibility of fisheries sustainable development from the aspects of mechanism, the way selected in technological progress and transformation of technological outcomes.
