Loading and Unloading Analysis of Ultra-large Type Skip Based on DEM Simulation

根据煤炭物料的散体特性和离散元理论,建立大型提升箕斗装卸载过程中的物料流动模型,并利用DEM软件进行数值模拟分析,掌握大型箕斗装卸载过程中的物料流动规律以及装卸载时间,为箕斗结构设计和立井提升系统设计提供参考和依据。

Applying DEM software,material flow model of ultra-large skip during loading and unloading period was set up on the basis of coal granular characteristic and discrete element theory. Material flow rule,loading and unloading time of ultra-large skip were obtained,which provided reference and basis for skip structure design and shaft lift system design.
