摘要
通过采用包括地面物探、井下电磁法探测、巷道超前探测在内的综合探测技术,对矿井9煤小窑破坏区域进行详细探测。考虑到矿井9煤特厚煤层工作面两巷与小窑破坏区域的空间位置、围岩结构状况的不同,分别采用包括"超前预注浆+架棚支护"、"高预紧力强力锚网支护+工字钢棚复合支护"等方式,对小窑影响区域的巷道进行支护与加固。现场试验表明,经过支护与加固的小窑破坏区域巷道段,成功抵抗了煤层复采期间的各种压力,巷道围岩保持了良好的稳定性,实现了特厚煤层小窑影响区域残留煤炭资源的安全复采。
By the comprehensive detection technology including ground-geophysical,underground electromagnetic detection and roadway advanced detection and so on,the area of small coal mine broken was clearly surveyed in 9 coal seam. Considering the different conditions of roadway surrounding in the broken area caused by small mine gobs,the supporting manner combined with pre-grouting,shed supporting and bolting with high strength were employed. It was proved that the roadway surroundings after supporting could resist all kinds of ground pressure during the process of repeated mining in extra-thick coal seam.
