摘要
为了获取木结构螺钉连接强度的基础数据,探讨拔钉延迟时间对三种木结构用材握螺钉力性能的影响。试验结果表明:1)3种材料的握螺钉力依次为:落叶松规格材(纵面)>杨木胶合板(板面)>杨木单板层积材(板面);2)随着拔钉延迟时间的延长,落叶松规格材的纵向握螺钉力几乎没有变化;杨木单板层积材和胶合板的板面握螺钉力均呈现先增大、后逐减、再趋于平稳的趋势,其中杨木胶合板的板面握螺钉力变化幅度更小。
Three kinds of structural materials, larch lumber, poplar laminated veneer lumbers (LVL) and poplar plywood were selected to evaluate the effects of screw extracting delay time on withdrawal strength of the materials. The results found that the vertical screw withdrawal strength for larch lumber was higher than the face withdrawal strength of poplar LVL and poplar plywood. With the extension of screw extracting delay time, larch vertical withdrawal strength kept almost the same, while the face withdrawal strength of poplar LVL and plywood increased at the beginning and then decreased until stabilized. The change in the face withdrawal strength of the poplar plywood was smaller than poplar LVL.
