摘要
利用微生物法测定泛酸含量灵敏度高,是国家标准检验方法的仲裁法,其方法不确定度的评估直接关系到样品合格与否的判定。根据JJF1059.1-2012和CNAS-CL07:2011的要求,对微生物法测定婴幼儿乳粉中泛酸含量过程中影响检验结果的各个分量进行了评估。对测量重复性、标准溶液配制、试样称量、试样前处理及稀释等方面引入的不确定度进行评定。通过层层分析,得到合成标准不确定,并给出了试验的扩展不确定度度。经测定,婴幼儿乳粉中泛酸含量为(1 990.1±121.0)μg/100 g,k=2,p=95%。通过评估得出,试样前处理及稀释是影响测定结果的主要因素,其次是标准溶液配制和重复测定。
As the arbitration method,the uncertainty evaluation for determinating pantothenic acid in infant formula by microbial method is related to the qualified judgement of sample. According to the standards JJF1059.1-2012 and CNAS-CL07:2011,the sources of uncertainty for this method were explored. The evaluation involves method repeatability, standard solution preparation,weighing of sample,sample pre-treatment and dilution. The standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were given by analysis. The content of pantothenic acid in infant formula by microbial method was(1 990.1±121.0)μg/100 g,k=2,p=95%. Sample pre-treatment and dilution is the key source of the determination. Standard solution preparation and method repeatability are secondlly important.
