摘要
本文介绍的食盐含量的测定方法不改变标准方法,将样品提前进行处理再进行水定容,使实验能够顺利完成。空白加标回收率的计算结果均大于98%,标准偏差(SD)和相对标准偏差(RSD)分别低于0.07%和1.1%。通过对分析方法验证符合标准要求,该方法结果准确,前处理样品对测试结果无影响。
Method for the determination of salt content in this paper does not change the standard method ,The samples pretreated and constant volume of water , making the experiment successfully completed. Blank standard addition recovery results of calculation are greater than 98%,The standard deviation (SD) and the relative standard deviation (RSD) lower than 0.07 % and 1.1 % respectively.Validation of the method meets the requirements of the standard, the method is accurate, sample pretreatment had no effect on the test results.
