摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定湛江常食用贝类中锰、铁、锌和铜四种人体必需元素的含量,研究试样溶解、酸度和仪器测定的最佳工作条件,建立了快速测定贝类中金属元素含量的方法。在选定的实验条件下,本法的检出限在0.867μg/L^1.36μg/L之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在4.6%~8.5%之间。应用本方法分析了扇贝国家一级标准物质(GSB-15),所得测定值与标准值相一致。实验结果表明该法快速、稳定、准确、简单。
The four microelements including Mn, Fe, Zn, and Cu in edible shellfish in Zhanjiang were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). It was explored digestion condition, acidity condition and the best equipment working conditions for rapid determination method of trace elements in edible shellfish. In the selected experimental conditions, the detection limits was 0.867μg/L to 1.36μg/L, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.6%to 8.5%. The determination results of four elements in scallop standard (GSB-15) were in agreement with the standard. This method is rapid, steady, accurate and simple.
