摘要
对大型化(300 kt/a以上)MTBE催化蒸馏工程技术的试验研究情况进行了总结。介绍大型化MTBE装置催化剂筛选评价及催化蒸馏塔中催化剂床层流通能力的试验过程和结果,为大型化MTBE生产装置的设计提供了基础数据。
The paper summarized the basic research on large scale （ above 300 kt/a） MTBE catalytic＆distillation engineering technology , described the study experiments courses and results of selection＆evaluation on catalyst and circulation capacity of the catalyst bed in catalytic and distillation column , which provided basic data for process package development of large scale MTBE production unit.
