摘要
分析1.40 Mt/a延迟焦化装置加热炉运行中的主要问题及原因。针对主要问题,对加热炉余热回收系统空气预热器进行了重新选型及相应的技术改造。改造后加热炉综合热效率达到了92%以上,相对改造前提高了7.57个百分点,节省了大量燃料,节能效果明显。
The paper analyzed the main problems and causes in running of the 1.40 Mt/a delayed coking furnace.Aiming at the main problems , new type air preheater was selected for waste heat recovery system of the furnace and corresponding technical reformation was made.Overall heat efficiency of the furnace was up to 92% after the reformation, which was increased by 7.57%compared to the foregoing heat efficiency.Abundant amount of fuel was saved and obvious energy saving effect was obtained.
