摘要
针对目前国投盘江电厂风机运行中效率较低导致厂用电较高的情况,从风机、电机系统出发,分别研究各个环节中对风机系统效率影响的因素及参数,给出风机及管路改造方案、调速方案,形成国投盘江电厂风机节能的完整技术体系,最终使电厂风机系统中风机效率、装置及系统效率达到最优值。
The paper analyzed low efficiency and high power consuming in Panjiang power plant fan operation. The factors and parameters, which affected the efficiency of fan system, were studied from fan and motor system. The reformation and speed-regulation plan were given, and the whole system of fan energy-saving was constructed, which made the fan efficiency, device and system efficiency to the maximum.
