摘要
通过对瓷支柱绝缘子运行中的受力进行合理简化,建立了相应的数学模型,进行一系列的数学推导,得出支柱式绝缘子保持机械强度的基本判据乃是它振幅-频率特性的不变性,最终验证了利用振动声波探伤方法诊断支柱式绝缘子机械强度的可行性。
Through reasonable simplification the force during the operation of the porcelain insulators, the paper established related mathematic model and obtained a series of mathematical derivation, which concluded that the criterion of the maintaining of mechanical strength for post insulator was the invariance of the amplitude-frequency characteristic. Finally it verified the feasibility of using ultrasonic detection to diagnose the mechanical strength for post insulators.
