The small infrastructure projects provided the production and business operation services for power grid enterprises. The construction of small infrastructure projects and the development of power grid were equally important to the enterprise. Through the production complex building project of Heping power supply bureau, this paper discussed the preliminary work experience of the small infrastructure projects.
