摘要 以贵州省电力工会为研究对象,通过对贵州电力产业工会管理及传统考核现状的调研和分析,发现问题,建立了贵州电力工会职能绩效目标考核体系,确立了考核标准,制定出了《贵州电力基层工会职能绩效目标考核办法》,并于2010年至2013年在所属基层工会实施职能绩效目标考核。在考核的实施过程中,及时发现了考核体系存在的问题与不足,并及时地加以改进。 Through analysis and research on performance management theory of the enterprise trade union function performance target, the assessment and evaluation system were constructed, and the assessment criterion was established. The Guizhou electrical basic union performance target assessment method was formulated. The assessment was conducted during 2010 to 2013. During the assessment, the disadvantages and problems of the assessment system were found and improved in time.
