摘要
十堰CINRAD/SB雷达于2007年投入运行,在长时间运行中出现不少故障,其中以雷达汇流环的故障频次最高,前后更换过4次两种规格的汇流环组件,文章通过对不同材质汇流环的工作原理、基本结构、以及性能和维护重点加以阐述,以帮助提高维修人员快速判断和维护汇流环故障的能力。
Shiyan CINRAD/SB radar has been in operating service since 2007.Many faults occurred in the long period of operating running.The fault of collector ring has the highest frequency,which has been replaced four times by using two different collector rings.This paper mainly discusses the principle of different kinds of collector rings,and its basic structures,performance and maintenance methods.It can improve the maintainer’s ability to j udge and repair collector ring faults in a rapid way.
