我国社区卫生服务绩效管理的现状和问题及对策研究

The Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Community Health Service Performance Management in China

近年来社区卫生服务绩效考核在研究和实践中取得了一定的成效,但在社区卫生服务绩效管理中仍存在绩效目标不明确、考核方法不完善、绩效反馈不及时以及绩效结果未有效利用等问题。针对以上问题,提出加快向社区卫生服务绩效管理的转变、以信息化促进绩效管理发展、以信息化为基础完善指标体系和充分利用社区卫生服务机构绩效结果等对策建议。

Although the community health service performance management has made some achievements in research and practice in recent years, there still exists some problems, for example, performance targets are not definite, evaluation methods are not perfect, performance feedback is not timely, performance results are not effectively used and so on. In order to solve the above problems, the article proposes some suggestions： speeding up the transformation to community health service per- formance management, promoting the development of performance management by informationization, perfecting the index system based on informationization and making full use of community health service performance results.
