“管理学”教学方式的学生态度调查

An Empirical Study on the Reform of “Management Instruction”

目前高校教师为完成教学大纲规定的任务,教学方式上多半以灌输式教学为主,即便采用启发式教学,也是从老师到学生的单向交流,导致学生缺少课堂参与的积极性。如果管理学教学仍延续这种传统培养模式,将极其不利于管理能力的培养。因而,迫切地需要进行一系列教学改革。通过发放并分析调查问卷,从学生的主观意愿上对教学方式改革的必要性和教学方式的选择进行研究,结合管理学课堂教学实践探讨一些较为适合的教学方法,并提出了根据学生差异来因材施教、加大案例教学的投入力度、多种教学方式的有机结合等设想。

Currently, university teachers have mainly adopted the traditionally crammed methods focusing on the syllabus mandates in teacher-centered one-way interaction, thus dampening students＇ participation initiatives and cultivation of managerial skills. It calls for relevant reform of instructions. This research used the questionnaires to investigate students＇ willingness and class teaching and explore an integration of diversified, student-centered and case-oriented instruction of management.
