应用型本科院校“一体化”教学模式的架构与优化

摘要 应用型本科院校需要倒转传统教育理念,从就业、能力、教育、过程等环节反观审视大学教育,能够把这些环节贯通起来的就是"一体化"教学模式。不论"一体化"教学模式采取融合性、阶段性、主导型、综合性哪种形式,都有必要打通教学和职场的界限,建立良好的协同育人的机制,形成一支本领过硬的"双师型"教师队伍,重视人文教育的作用。唯此,才能优化"一体化"教学模式,更好地实现应用型人才培养目标。 we are required to reverse the traditional education ideas in application-oriented universities, that is, we should reflect the university education from employment, ability, teaching to process. It is the teaching mode of integration to interconnect these links.Whatever form we adopt, such as the convergent, the phased, the dominated, the comprehensive, it's necessary to break through the boundaries between teaching and professions, to establish a good mechanism of cooperative education, to strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers team with good ability, to attach importance to the role of humanistic education. Only in this way, can we optimize the teaching model of integration; realize the goal of cultivating the applied talents
