回望昨天,中国高职经历了以示范建设提升硬实力的第一次浪潮,基本上形成了导向力、吸引力和效仿力,成功地实现了从学科教育到技能教育的转型。展望明天,以提升软实力为主的高职第二次浪潮的到来,将使高职教育完成从技能到文化的升华,形成向心力、凝聚力和执行力,并在制度、课程、团队、集团化等方面均衡发展,最终形成高职软实力的核心即高职文化发展的合力。

Looking back upon yesterday, we realizes that China＇ s higher vocational education has experienced the first wave of the promotion of the hard power of the model construction, formed basically the guiding force, the attractive force and the exemplary force, and realized successfully the transformation from subject education into skill education. Looking forward to tomorrow, we can see that the second wave of the promotion of the hard power is coming, and will improve higher vocational education from skill to culture so as to form the centripetal force, the cohesive force and the executive force, to develop evenly in system, curriculum, working team, collectivization, etc. and finally to form the resultant force of the core of the hard power of higher vocational education, which is the resultant force of the development of the culture of the education.
