An Analysis of Grain Security Strategy Based on the Perspective of Meteorological Disasters

我国作为一个农业大国,气象灾害已成为影响我国粮食安全的自然灾害之一,我国的气象灾害主要有旱灾、洪涝、台风、低温和沙尘等.分析气象灾害对我国粮食生产环境、生产能力、种植熟制等产生的影响,从调动农民种粮积极性、建设灾害应对工程、完善粮食保险政策等方面探讨了我国防治气象灾害、维护粮食安全的对策.

As a large agricultural country in the world,meteorological disaster is one of the natural disasters affecting Chinese food se-curity.The meteorological disasters in China mainly include drought,flood,typhoon,low temperature and dust etc.Analyzing the im-pact of meteorological disasters on grain production environment,productivity,planting crops mobilizes farmers’enthusiasm for grow-ing grain,constructs disaster response projects,and improves food safety policy so as to research the countermeasures against meteoro-logical disasters and keep the food security.
