云南金属矿产资源开发利用对策研究

Research of Countermeasures on Development and Utilization of Metal Mineral Resources in Yunnan Province

以云南省金属矿产资源开发利用为研究对象,通过文献分析法和实地调查法,并结合云南省金属矿产的分布规律和特点,对云南金属矿产资源开发利用现状进行分析,发现在开发利用过程中普遍存在开发难度大、外资短缺、资源浪费等问题,在此基础上从环境保护、科技提升、加强地质勘查以及转变管理及开发方式4个方面为提升云南省金属矿产资源的开发利用提出对策和建议.

Taking development and utilization of metal mineral resources in Yunnan province as the study object,using literature analy-sis and field survey method,combined with the distribution characteristics and Yunnan metal minerals,we analyze the present situation of exploitation and utilization of metal mineral resources in yunnan province,and find that in the process of development and utiliza-tion,there are difficulties in the development,shortage in foreign capital and waste in resources.Based on the above,some counter-measures and suggestions are put forward from the four aspects：environmental protection,science and technology promotion,geological exploration strengthening and mode transformation of management and development.
