门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗乙肝的临床疗效比较

Comparison of the Clinical Efficacy of Ornithine Aspartate in the Treatment of Hepatitis B

为探究不同剂量的门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效,将50例入选病人随机分为两组,治疗组(门冬氨酸鸟氨酸5.0 g)和对照组(门冬氨酸鸟氨酸7.5 g),治疗28 d后,观察两组病人肝功能指标.结果显示,治疗组总有效率为95.8%,对照组总有效率为92.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),表明两种剂量的门冬氨酸鸟氨酸对治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果相近,因此,不提倡临床加大剂量使用.

To evaluate the clinical curative effect of different doses with ornithine aspartate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,50 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（5.0 g of ornithine aspartate）and control group （7.5 g of ornithine as-partate）to observe the liver function indexes of the two groups after 28 days treatment.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment group is 95.8%and 92.3%in the control group without statistically significant differences （P〉0.05 ）.It also shows that the two doses of Ornithine aspartate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B clinical effect is similar,so increasing doses in clinical treat-ment is not advocated.
