昆明市中学生体育意识与行为调查研究

Investigation and Study on Sports Consciousness and Behavior of Middle School Students in Kunming City

对昆明市部分中学生的体育意识与行为进行调查分析,发现影响中学生体育意识及行为的主要因素有:家长不重视,课业负担过重,体育意识淡薄,缺乏参与体育锻炼的主动性及体育文化氛围等.提出要重视中学生体育意识与行为习惯的培养,营造良好的体育文化氛围,增强家长的体育意识等建议,从而提高中学生的身体素质.

The investigation and analysis has been made on sports consciousness and behavior of some students in Kunming city and found the main factors that affect the consciousness and behavior are that the parents don＇t pay much attention to sports;the students are busy with their studies,so they have poor sense in sports and do not active in joining sports and last there＇s no sports atmosphere.Some suggestions are put forward,such as,to pay attention to develop the sports consciousness and behavior of middle school students;cre-ate better sports culture atmosphere and strengthen the sports consciousness of parents so as to effectively increase the health quality of middle school students.
