预备役某部参训官兵SCL-90与社会支持评定的结果分析

Analysis of results of SCL-90 and social support evaluation for the training officers and soldiers in an unit of reserve forces

目的:分析某部预备役参训官兵SCL-90与社会支持的关系,为制定心理干预措施,改善其心理健康提供依据。方法:应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持量表(PSSS)问卷调查的形式,对预备役某部参训官兵217名进行心理测量。结果:SCL-90总分≥160者共22例(10.14%)。年龄≥21岁者的客观支持分低于年龄<21岁,差异有统计学意义(t=1.984,P=0.049)。军龄>2年的客观支持分低于≤2年,差异有统计学意义(t=4.022,P=0.000)。官兵的支持总分和客观支持分高于士兵,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为3.147,9.495,P值分别为0.002,0.000)。SCL-90总分≥160分者的客观支持分和支持利用度低于总分<160分者,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.278,2.083,P值分别为0.024,0.038)。结论:社会支持总分和各因子分随着与年龄、军龄以及SCL-90总分增加而增加,随职级增高而下降。

Objective：To investigate relations of mental health status and the social supports for the officers and soldiers in an unit of reserve forces, so as to provide a basis for the establishment of the mental intervention measures and improvement of their mental health. Methods：217 officers and soldiers were evaluated by symptom checklist-90 （SCL-90） and the social support rating scale （PSSS）. Results： There were 22 cases （10. 14% ） with the SCL-90 score of ≥160. There was a significant difference in the objective support score between the group with the age of ≥21 years and the group with the age of 〈21 years （t=1. 984, P=0. 049）, and the objective support score of the former was lower than that of the latter. The total support score and objective support score of the officers were higher than those of the soldiers, and the differences were statistically significant （t=3. 147, 9. 495, and P=0. 002, 0. 000, re-spectively）. There was the significant difference in the objective support score between the group with the SCL-90 score of ≥160 and the group the SCL-90 score of 〈160, and the objective support score of the former was lower than that of the latter （t=2,278, 2. 083, and P=0. 024, 0. 038, respectively）. Conclusions： The social support scores and each factor score increase with the increase of age, length of military service, and SCL-90 scores, while decrease with the military rank.
