“双转移”战略对广东外贸竞争力的影响研究

The Impact of “Double Transfer” Strategy on Guangdong's Trade Competitiveness

由于多年的快速发展,珠三角地区土地资源、环境承载力及高成本问题与经济发展的矛盾日益突出,而粤东西北地区经济发展滞后,区域差距不断加大。为了实现产业转型升级和区域协调发展的双目标,促使广东外贸大省向外贸强省的转变,广东实施了"双转移"战略。"双转移"战略实施6年之久,成效如何?本文基于外贸竞争力的视角,运用灰色关联模型分析了"双转移"战略对广东外贸竞争力的影响。结果显示,"双转移"战略对广东外贸竞争力的提升起到了一定的推动作用,但是这种推动作用还不太明显。

Due to years of rapid development, the contradiction between the issue concerning land resources, environ-mental bearing capacity and high cost, and economic development has become a prominent problem in the Pearl River Delta region, while economic growth is rather slow in west-eastern and northern Guangdong, increasing the regional disparities. In this context, the government has implemented a“double transfer”strategy. Now, this strategy has been put in practice for six years. But how is the effect of the“double transfer”？ From the perspective of trade competitiveness, we have used the gray relational model to analyze the impact of“double transfer”on Guangdong’s trade competitiveness. The results show that the“double transfer”strategy has some impact on the competitiveness of Guangdong’s trade, though this impact is not very noticeable.
