摘要
欧洲维度既是欧盟的一种教育理念创新,又是它的一项教育政策。其核心是,通过改革学校课程设置和推动教育行动计划与交流计划的落实等方式,促使成员国在地理、历史、经济、文化等课程的教学中,除了传授本国的相关内容外,还要嵌入一个与其它成员国共享的"欧洲维度",即:教授关于欧洲整体的知识与内容。这样,欧盟既尊重了成员国教育体制的差异,又能让不同成员国学生从宏观角度获得对欧洲的整体认知。此外,通过对他国语言和文化的学习和了解,学生在教育合作与交流中的交际沟通能力不断增强,平等友爱、开放包容的情感和态度逐步树立,有助于实现"欧洲人"的身份建构和"欧洲认同"的目标。本文探讨欧洲维度的理念和做法对两岸三地人民在身份认同建构过程中的启示。
In the process of European identity construction and European integration, education plays an important role. The European Union has been committed to the development of supra-national education policy, which places European Iden-tity as its primary objective. To achieve this goal, the EU introduced in its education policies the concept of“European Dimen-sion”, which promotes the aims of education in the Member States in a manner of convergence, and helps students develop equality, friendship, open and inclusive attitudes towards other peoples and their cultures. This paper examines the content and objectives of“European dimension”, the method of carrying out the policy in different member states, and its implications for the construction of identity in China.
