增权:女性参与农业旅游的模式选择——以广东罗定连州镇为例

Empowerment: mode selection of women participation in agricultural tourism——Take Lianzhou town,Luoding county,Guangdong as an example

文章在连州镇女性参与农业旅游的实地调查基础上,分析女性参与农业旅游的现状及特征。研究发现,连州镇女性参与农业旅游的增权有无参与、弱参与和强参与3个层次,其中女性参与都是以弱参与为主,强参与为辅。通过政治、经济、心理、社会等4个维度探讨连州镇女性在弱参与、强参与两个方面的增权效应,提出连州镇女性参与农业旅游增权的两种交替式发展模式,即个体主动增权和外力推动增权。

This article analyzes the current situation and characteristics of women participation in agricultural tourism on the basis of female participation in agricultural tourism in Lianzhou town. When we conduct interviews in depth to them, we find that empowerment of women involving in agricultural tourism has three levels, that is, no participation, weak participation and strong participation in Lianzhou town, women＇s participation are mainly weak participation and are strong participation as a supplement, we discuss women＇ empowerment effect on weak participation and strong participation in Lianzhou town through four dimensions of politics, economy, psychology, and society, and propose two alternative patterns of empowerment of women participation in the agricultural tourism in Lianzhou town, namely, the individual initiative empowerment and the external drive empowerment.
