海南省旅游业碳排放的测算分析

An analysis of measuring energy consumption and carbon dioxide emission of tourism industry in Hainan province

随着旅游业的发展,旅游业对气候与环境的影响日益得到社会的广泛关注。旅游业的碳排放问题逐渐成为旅游学术研究的又一热点。海南省的旅游业发展一直凭借其优美的环境而著称,旅游业也是海南省的重要支柱产业,研究其碳排放对环境的影响更有积极的意义。旅游业的碳排放测度一直是一个尚未完全解决的难题。通过对文献的研究,借鉴"自下而上"的测算方法,结合调研数据,对海南省旅游业的能源消耗和二氧化碳排放进行了初步测算。结果表明,旅游业是一种低碳产业,可以积极应对气候环境变化与节能减排,可以成为海南省低碳经济发展的重要方面;海南省旅游业的碳排放结构与全国相比有一定的不同,这是由海南省的旅游目的地类型和产业结构特征导致的。

Nowadays, the impact of tourism industry on environment and climate attracts more attention of international organi- zations and societies with the rapid development of tourism industry. The emission of carbon dioxide of tourism industry is the main factor of tourism industry impacting on the environment, so the emission of carbon dioxide in tourism industry becomes a hot topic in academic research. The tourism industry development in Halnan province is known as its beautiful environment. Tourism indus- try plays a major role in the development of economy in Hainan province, so it is important to research on the emission of carbon di- oxide in the development of economy. The study of measuring carbon emissions of tourism industry has been an unsolved problem. This paper adopts ＂Bottom -up＂ approach based on the literature research and mathematical statistics technology. It is applied to estimate the energy consumption and CO2 emission of Hainan province according to the data from Hainan Statistical Bureau and oth- ers. The results show that tourism is the industry of low - carbon and the leading industry coping with global climate change, energy - saving and COz emission reduction. Based on this, the authors hold that tourism should become an important part of Hainan in the development of low - carbon economy. But the carbon emission structure of tourism in Hainan province is different compared with other districts, which is caused by Hainan tourism destination types and characteristics of industrial structure.
