摘要
介绍了发电机转子中心盲孔的加工技术;包括中心盲孔加工刀具的设计中心试棒的套取中心盲孔的镗削及磨削等,并通过实验证明其工艺的可行性。
The paper studies on the machining process technology about the center blind hole of the 1000WM generator rotor, which mainly include the cutter＆#39;s design, taking out the axial core, boring and grinding the center blind hole, and through trial to prove the feasibility of the process.
