高职化工类专业学生顶岗实习方案设计的几点思考——以在废弃物处置行业实习为例

Thoughts on Internship Plan Designing for Higher Vocational Chemical Students:Taking Internship in Waste Treatment Industry as one Example

高职院校化工类专业学生在顶岗实习的过程中,由于受到专业特点影响,顶岗实习企业分散,难以制定有针对性的顶岗实习方案。建议采取以企业生产产品为依据,将顶岗实习的企业类型归纳简化为有限的种类,减轻制定顶岗实习方案工作压力,通过安排任课教师开展有针对性的企业研修,将研修的经验有效融入到实习方案设计中,同时加强校企合作,建立多类型校外实训基地,以便更有针对性地帮助学生开展实习活动。

Due to the influence of major characteristics, the enterprises where the chemical students in higher vocational colleges practice are scattered. Therefore, it＇s difficult to make targeted internship plans. It is suggested that the colleges should simplify the internship enterprises as some limited types based on their products to reduce the pressure of making internship plans. And they should arrange the teachers to have the targeted study in enterprises and integrate their study experience into the internship plan designing. In the mean time they should strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation and build various types of internship bases outside the colleges in order to help the students do the targeted internship.
