关于加强困境家庭儿童保护的思考

Thoughts on Protection of Children in Plight Families

困境家庭儿童在以往儿童救助保护体系中缺乏关注,近年来则逐渐进入政府和公众的视野。保护困境家庭儿童,拓展了儿童保护范围,在一定程度上也能够预防由于家庭原因而导致的儿童受伤害事件的发生。通过明晰困境家庭儿童的涵义,分析其在生活、心理、社会交往等方面面临的问题,从专业化、社会化、多元化等多角度提出了保护的若干建议。

The children in plight families were short of concern in the previous children protection system. Recently they have come into the view of the government and the people gradually. The protection of the children in plight families broadens the children protection scale, which can prevent the children from injures due to the plight of families to some extent. By means of defining the connation of children in plight families, this paper makes analysis on their problems in life, mind and social communication and puts forward some suggestions from the perspectives of specialization, socialization and diversification.
