摘要
通过对湖北省内6所高职院校的不同学生群体进行问卷调查,发现被调查的学生社团干部的人格特质在乐群性和敢为性两个维度上的得分明显高于其他学生;而其创造力在想象力维度上的得分明显低于其他学生。
The questionnaire survey of different students groups, carried out in 6 higher vocational colleges of Hubei, shows student cadre scores obviously higher in personality traits of communicative warmth and social bold- ness and significantly lower in imaginative creativity compared to other students.
