摘要 结合山西某化工企业2×55 t/h三废炉烟气脱硫改造工程实例,针对传统双碱法脱硫工艺沉淀池易结垢、NaOH置换率低及石膏脱水差等缺陷问题,提出相应改造方案,改进优化传统双碱法烟气脱硫工艺。实践结果表明,改进工艺具有NaOH置换率高、石膏脱水状况改善、系统设备结垢现象减缓及运行费用大大降低等优点,为企业生产管理带来便利,可为同类烟气脱硫工程提供参考。 Combining with flue gas desulfurization engineering examples on 2 × 55t/h waste furnace at a chemical enterprise in Shanxi, in view of the traditional dual Alkali FGD process sedimentation tank easy scaling, NaOH low replacement rate and gypsum dehydration bad and so on, the corresponding improvement scheme is put forward to improve traditional dual alkali flue gas desulfurization process. Practical results show that the improved process has advantages of high NaOH replacement rate, improved gypsum dehydration condition, reduced system equipment scaling, and less operation cost. The proposed method also brings convenience for enterprise production and man- agement, and provides reference for the same kind of flue gas desulfurization project.
