摘要
通过对河北省部分高校大学图书馆规章制度、人员结构、特色服务项目、自行研发数据库等方面进行调查研究,了解了河北省高校图书馆信息服务的建设与运行现状,提出了扩展读者受众服务和人性化、专门化、特色化的创新服务体系。旨在新的网络环境下,建立以读者需求为导向,提升图书馆整体服务水平为核心的读者书评数据库,开辟信息服务的新模式,提升信息服务水平,使图书馆在普通高校教育中发挥更大的作用。
Through the survey on rules and regulations, personnel structure, characteristic service and database development in some universities of Hebei province, the construction and operation situation of university library's information service in Hebei province were introduced. Under new network environment, the extended readership audience services and innovation service system with hommization, specialization, and characteristic were proposed to build a readers book reviews database oriented by readers' needs and aimed at enhancing the overall level of service, and open up new modes of information service which make library play a greater role in ordinary college education.
