信息化翻译教学中人文通识教育的机遇与问题

Opportunities and Problems Faced by Liberal Education in Translation Teaching with Information Technology

外语专业教学中的人文通识教育逐渐为学者所重视与研究。改变传统专业课程教育理念,即在传授知识的同时加强对学生能力、品格的培养,是加强人文通识教育的重要途径之一。信息化翻译教学作为一种新型教学模式,为人文通识教育的开展提供了有利条件。本文探讨该模式下人文通识教育面临的机遇与问题,并提出若干建议:提高教师自身素质、明确教育培养目标、加强教学模式建设。

Scholars have paid more attention to the applications of Liberal Education in foreign language teaching. One of the important ways is to change the traditional education concept of specialized courses, which requires that teachers don＇t only impart knowledge to their students but also cultivate their ability and character. As a new teaching model, translation teaching with information technology provides favorable conditions for the development of Liberal Education. This paper discussed both opportunities and problems faced by Liberal Education, and put forward some suggestions for its development： improving teachers＇ own quality, clarifying training objectives, and strengthening the construction of teaching model.
