摘要
通过梳理中国列车控制系统(CTCS)技术标准体系近10年的发展,并对比研究ETCS标准规范,总结CTCS技术标准体系的特色,及需要完善提升的若干方面;结合CTCS技术标准体系发展,以及参与国际技术合作与竞争的要求,提出制定完整的CTCS标准体系规划,修订补充关键技术标准规范,建立技术标准体系长期发展的组织保障等建议,以推进CTCS标准体系建设。
Through a review of the development of Chinese train control system （CTCS） technologies in the recent decade, the paper draws a comparison between CTCS with ETCS standard and specifications, summarizes the features of the CTCS technical standard system and some aspects to be improved further. Combining with the development of the CTCS technical standard system and requirements of taking part in international technological cooperation and competition, it puts forward to make an overall plan about CTCS standard system, revise and add key technical standard and specifications, and proposes to establish a organization guarantee for the long term development of the technical standard system, in order to drive the construction of CTCS standard system.
