As the main area of industrial development in Ma＇anshan City , Ma＇anshan industrial park is the key to promote economic transformation and upgrading .The paper puts forward some concrete and feasible suggestions of integrating resources , making a distinct localization , seizing the opportunity of investment , breaking through inno-vation mechanism and developing intensive recourses recycling in order to solve the problems of imperfect planning , operation and system , after investigation and reflection .
