摘要
数字化学习中心是推进学习型城市建设,打造以"教育就在身边"为理念的远程教育学习体系的终端,具有教育超市及学习两大功能。本文旨在根据其功能定位探索构建示范学习中心的重要要素,以两个示范点的建设为个案,对学习中心的品牌形象、服务理念、管理机制、运营模式、资源建设等方面进行了思考,并从受众需求分析、资源共享共融、引入市场机制以及学习环境的人性化设计等四个方面提出了建议。
The Digital Learning Center is the terminal where both learning and teaching would take place, thus plays an vital role in building a learning-based city and the distance educational system. The present study endeavors to explore the most important components comprising such a center from perspective of its orientation, and samples two centers to analyze problems in terms of brands and images, service ideology, management mechanism, operation mode, and learning sources construction. This paper proposes some suggestions to accommodate audiences' needs by sharing learning sources, introduction of marketization system and design of human-based learning environment.
